Pricing is as follows:

4 Passenger -- Full Week: $375.00
4 Passenger - Half Week (ups to 4 days): $275.00

6 Passenger -- Full Week: $575.00
6 Passenger -- Half Week (up to 4 days): $375.00

All pricing includes the rental fee, sales tax and pick up & delivery.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
 
Lessee approves delivery of Golf Car prior to arrival and agrees to take full responsibility of the Golf Car. Lessee agrees to examine Golf Car upon arrival and agrees to contact Best Golf Cars immediately if Golf Car is not found to be in first class condition (except as noted on delivery paperwork).
 
Lessee further acknowledges that the equipment is leased by Lessor or Lessee for the purpose for which is was manufactured (subject, however to the terms and conditions set forth here in).
 
The equipment shall be returned in the same condition as when received, ordinary wear and tear excepted. Lessee also authorizes Best Golf Cars to charge credit card number on file for damage to the equipment. Best Golf Cars will notify of damages, the amount and give the Lessee the option of paying with cash or certified check prior to charging the credit card.
 
Lessee shall pay to Lessor, upon demand, rental for the equipment at the rate provided until the equipment is returned to Lessor. Daily rates will apply if the equipment is kept after scheduled return date. All days, including weekends and holidays are chargeable. No refund will be issued if Golf Car is returned earlier than the original reservation end date.
 
Lessee shall pay to Lessor, upon demand, for the loss or any damage to the equipment while it is rented to Lessee and for all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, incurred by Lessor in collecting any amounts owing by Lessor hereunder or in otherwise enforcing Lessor's rights hereunder.
 
Lessee shall indemnify Lessor harmless from and against any and all liability, including but not limited to, death, bodily injury and property damage, arising out of the use or operation of the equipment.
 
Lessee shall abide by all rules and regulations of Lessor governing the use of equipment, as well as all local enforcement rules and regulations. Lessee shall be responsible for all costs and expenses incurred by not following rules and regulations. It is the responsibility of Lessee to contact local law enforcement agencies for the rules and regulations of operating the vehicle within that town’s limits.
 
You must be 21 years or older to rent a Golf Car and 16 years or older to operate a golf car (providing you have a valid drivers license) from Best Golf Cars. All drivers must have a valid drivers license with them while operating equipment and are permitted to drive within 4 miles of their property on secondary roads during daylight hours only. You may cross primary roads (Hwy 17, Ocean Blvd, Sea Mountain Hwy, etc) and must obey all South Carolina traffic laws. Golf Cars are NOT permitted on the beach. Any and all fines issued by the local police departments are the responsibility of the Lessee. Best Golf Cars will assume NO responsibility for any fines or tickets incurred.
 
IF THE LESSOR FINDS ANY EQUIPMENT OPERATED BY AN UNLICENSED DRIVER OR DRIVEN IN A RECKLESS MANNER, IT WILL BE RETUNRED TO THE RENTAL LOCATION WITHOUT A REFUND. THERE WILL BE A $25 FEE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD IF THE DMV PERMIT IS NOT RETURNED WHEN THE VEHICLE IS PICKED UP.
 
Lessee shall not assign the Rentals Contract or sublease the equipment.
 
BY SIGNING BELOW, I AGREE TO THE TERMS AND AGREE TO ACCEPT DELIVERY OF VEHICLE PRIOR TO MY ARRIVAL. I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT I WILL BE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE VEHICLE FROM THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
