Outstanding customer service. I purchased a Kandi golf cart in 2023 and the dealership closed. I had some issues and Best Golf Carts were the dealership that would look into the problem. Angie was my contact person and she kept me up to date on everything that was going on. The delivery driver was amazing. I was called before any service was started and once completed the cart was brought back the same day. My go to for anything golf carts.

Absolutely amazing service. We visited both locations and spoke with Buzz and Chris. Buzz was very friendly and knowledgeable of the golf carts and did a great job helping us to narrow down and pick out the features we wanted in a cart. After speaking to him, we went online and designed and built our dream cart, which was then sent to their President, Chris. Buzz then called us back to inform us that the exact cart we designed was at the other location already! Chris bent over backwards to make us feel like valued customers. He also worked with us on pricing and options and we felt like we got an amazing deal. He even took time out of his day to talk craft beer and football, two things very close to my heart.

I use to be in the transportation industry and understand a little more than the average bear, took our golf cart to Best Golf Cars with a weird sound coming out of the suspension. Best picked up our golf cart analyzed the problem and fixed it better than it ever was before (we bought it used 8 years ago). Very satisfied with their workmanship, price was a little higher than I expected but repair was absolutely outstanding

What a great experience!! I had my six month service performed. Technician was on time quick and efficient. Performed all the necessary maintenance on my 2018 Club car. Thank you to the amazing staff at Best for saving my vacation! Think it was Jim in parts that and another tech that Jim called over to help me. My family was on vacation and desperately needed parts. We vacation every year to Ocean Lakes Campground, they have a golf cart repair shop onsite that seemed very un-interested in helping me. They also referred me to Best. I called and left a voicemail. While waiting for them to call me back i called every other shop remotely near Myrtle Beach and no other place had anything in stock, I started getting very nervous and scared. Jim looked at a single picture of my cart and said I had the Phantom aftermarket kit and within 5 minutes had a new LED upgrade kit! The service tech looked at a picture of my battery wiring and showed me what I messed up without charging me!!! We love our new headlights and you have a new forever customer. Thank you!

Mike was great to work with! He answered all our questions and concerns. I thought the bench seat was a bit uncomfortable on the passenger side but not enough to break the sale. When they delivered the cart, he told me they switched the seat to ensure I was happy! I certainly am!!!

Very experienced staff in parts and service. Had a cart charger go down while on vacation and could not find one to purchase. With no way to charge my cart to get it loaded back in my toyhauler they offered to try and repair my very out of date charger. They had me up and going in no time. So thankful for their willingness to help me out. Any club car golf cart need you have should definitely be handled by Best Golf cars. Outstanding service and professionalism. Best Golf Cars certainly lives up to their name! They also have several “Best” employees namely, Paul, my salesman & Sean who oversaw the assembly & delivery (a day early I might add) of my golf car. Paul made shopping at Best Golf Cars such a pleasant experience. He coordinated with Sean on every aspect of the order. The two of them are quite a team. I couldn’t be happier! We are extremely happy with our experience with Best Golf Cars! We wanted to have something customized to allow our rescue greyhound to stand safely and comfortably. Steve listened to our ideas and talked through several different options with us. We decided on a fabric enclosure and it’s perfect!
